Hours and days off are flexible to accommodate the schedule of youth, families and community meetings. Evening and weekend hours will be required based on needs of youth and families.

The case manager/supervisor is a member of the recovery team who oversees the care of youth and families in the community with substance use needs, provides case management services and is responsible for the hiring, training, supervision, and discipline and safety of the street outreach workers. The case manager/supervisor will be available on-call as backup to assist street outreach workers.

Candidates should have:
• Minimum of one year experience working with adolescents.
• Knowledge of problems and needs of youth with substance use, recovery, behavioral health issues, and community resources.
• Ability to supervise others and work as a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Bachelors degree in Human Services or related field Required.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
