The Children's Center of Hamden, Inc. is pleased to provide outpatient mental health services to children and youth ages 3-17. The Outpatient Clinic offers services by appointment and includes telephone screening, assessment, family therapy, individual therapy, client education, case management, referral and advocacy. A psychiatrist is available for purposes of medication management. Intensive Outpatient Psychiatric (I.O.P.) services are also available to children and youth who meet the criteria for this level of care.

All guardians are expected to create, with us, crisis plans to ensure safety at all times.
