30 Hour Position. Sunday, Monday, Friday 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Days off: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday

Responsible for assisting the cooks on a daily basis by performing routine and standardized tasks. Responsible for cooking assignments and preparation of salads, breads, snacks, desserts and any special events items. They will also clean pots and pans and all other kitchen equipment as assigned and wash dining room tables and arrange chairs around tables as needed. Assist in sweeping and mopping the dining room floor after dinner. The Cook/Kitchen Helper is expected to perform other related duties as assigned.

Three years experience cooking in an institutional or banquet setting. Culinary education and Serve Safe food certification preferred.
