The Chief Administrator, Community Service Programs plans, implements, directs and evaluates treatment services in a variety of outpatient programs, e.g. Extended Day Treatment, Outpatient Substance Abuse, Outpatient Mental Health and a 12-bed Crisis Stabilization Bed Program (Kid’s Cottage) for children and adolescents. The Chief Administrator, Community Service Programs implements and monitors compliance with regulatory agencies and maintains economical and efficient performance of programs.



Good interpersonal skills. Ability to problem-solve for individuals in treatment and programmatically. Ability to engage in critical and creative thinking and planning while working within a management team model. Experience working with public entities, state agencies and private insurance companies. Experience and competency in substance use treatment with adolescents.


Education and Experience

Master’s degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy with state licensure or Doctor of Psychology/PhD in Psychology. At least 5 years of experience working in a leadership role in outpatient behavioral health treatment for children and youth and substance abuse programs for adolescents.



Monday through Friday, core hours 8:30am-5:00pm with flexibility as needed.

On-call responsibilities for crisis management.
