CERTIFIED TEACHERS

Job Description:    Our Teachers work with a co-ed student population of emotionally or behaviorally challenged students, some with learning disabilities, some with substance abuse problems. Ages range generally from 8 – 18. Special Education certification is required. We also have Physical Education, Art Education, and Reading certified teaching staff. Some of our programs are able to utilize Secondary Education certified teachers. Class size is small. Teachers will plan academic programs for students, teach various subjects, assess students’ progress, participate in P.P.T.’s and various student related meetings and prepare I.E.P.’s. Teachers are a part of our treatment team.
