FT, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The Administrative Secretary will work with various departments within the agency, and is expected to work closely & cooperatively with other program secretaries.

The Administrative Secretary will:

  • Perform general secretarial & clerical duties
  • Serve as receptionist, including fielding phone calls, and provide coverage on the agency phone system
  • Greet visitors upon arrival
  • Handle mail distribution
  • Handle typing duties for assigned staff
  • Provide support & assistance to Program Directors, Supervisors & Clinicians when needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

The Administrative Secretary must have:

  • Excellent organizational & multitasking abilities
  • Excellent computer skills & competency in Microsoft Office (Experience with CareLogic preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & organizational skills
  • Accurate typing skills
  • Good grammar usage
  • Good general secretarial skills
  • The ability to handle confidential information
  • The ability to handle various situations that may arise

High School Diploma or Equivalent

2 or more years of experience
